Meet Copper! This 14.2 hands tall, Chestnut, American Paint Horse is 26 years old and in need of a soft place to land. He is no longer ridable, but is a lovely pasture ornament and a good friend to his pony pal, Mimi!

Let’s see what his current owner has to say about him. “Copper likes to be the dominant one in the heard. He has been in with cows, goats, chickens, turkeys.There's not much that will phase him.I love this boy so much. He has a resting grouch face some of the time but it's just a show. His favorite things are belly scratches and treats.I figured out that he had been taught how to say please at some point and does so by lifting is foot and bowing his head.He's always the first one at the dinner table!I've had Copper and Mimi since June 2020. They stay out 24/7 and used to stay fat just eating grass. They are getting much older now and I'm having to feed twice a day. Their teeth aren't the best anymore so I'm having to feed special hay too.
I will have to move them from their current place in the Spring. I want them to live out the rest of their lives together being fat and happy and loved.”
